I workout 1-2 hours a day and eat 1500 calories with 180-200mg of protien in one meal a day.

Week one I started at 1.5mg 2 times a week and lost 10lbs
Week 2 I bumped it up to 2mg 2 times a week and lost total of 26lbs
I am now in week 4 taking 2.5mg 2 times a week and down 51lbs FIFTY ONE POUNDS
Started at 243 and set my goal to 205 but now at 192lbs.
I dont feel raising the dose was necessary but I wanted to see how much I can tolerate.
Only kind of side effect I got was going to the restroom maybe once a day. Not constipation like i had to go but couldnt, I just didnt have to go. That lasted the first 2 weeks. Find your sweet spot. Mine is 2.5mg 3 times a day.
